My limousine business, Motortoys Limousine Service, has used Intelligent Office for 10 months now. I feel that they are directly responsible for the incredible growth that my company has achieved because they give me such a professional presence on the telephone.

Despite the fact that 99% of all customers use the telephone to reserve a limousine, most limousine companies have terrible phone skills. Invariably the person answering the phone is the driver, the owner, and the reservationists. Often you get answering machines, because most operations are 1 or 2 people, and it’s simply impossible to get every single call.

We wanted a more professional presence to give a better impression of our company over the telephone. Intelligent Office has done that for us. The employees they have answering my phone calls are the kind of people that I simply couldn’t afford to hire – they’re that good. We signed our member agreement almost two years ago, after I happened to hear a radio advertisement on local WLW, and during a period when our small company was considering personnel expansion to accommodate our increasing telephone traffic. Although we are a national company with customers in 47 states, the cast majority of our daily contacts with the public come through telephone or email. Our calls fall generally into two rather well defined categories: potential and current customers of American Home Warranty, all of whom are home inspectors, and homeowners who contact us regarding claims under the limited warranties provided for them by those home inspectors.

With that as background, I can honestly say that during the entire period of our companies’ business relationship we have had exactly one person complain that she was not treated appropriately by “our” telephone staff – and as we worked with her to resolve her claim we quickly realized that no one would please this woman!

In short, while we will eventually outgrow the need for the off-site services provided by Intelligent Office and its staff, we have come to consider [them] as very much a part of our corporate family.
